Warming up with a few random photos taken around the store.

December's NAVA started ike any other, with everyone huddling around the screens. We had an NES with the PowerPak from retrousb.com allowing us to play ANY NES or Famicom game. On the other screen, various PlayStation imports were in play.	A little more warm-up. I didn't have any recent photos of people playing in the arcade zone.	From the other angle.

We recently installed Left 4 Dead in the LAN room. That got a lot of play as NAVA members teamed up against the zombie horde.	It's Vib Ribbon!

The store was busier than expected for this "tweener" holiday gathering.	Of course, it's always "the more the merrier" around here.

	This kid paid 140 bucks for a big plastic gun! Yikes. At least he gets in a few photos now :)

Veteran NAVA-go'ers Scott and Frank wax poetic about the early days of NAVA.		Matt's shirt is awesome. A close-up is just below.

	Several of us brought interesting PlayStation imports. That's an "Attack of the 50 Foot Woman" game running on the right.

		Despite the awesome deal, this Rock Band drum set still hasn't sold! Actually there wasn't as much trading this month as usual. People need to pick up their game!

	Get ready. The invite to this event mentioned that if you brought a gift-wrapped present, we'd put it under the tree and at 5pm everyone would take a different present.

With presents in hand, it was time to unwrap...


There was a lot of good stuff in those boxes! I think this will be a new December tradition around here.	In an effort to try something completely different for this month's tournament, we probably over-complicated it.

		Once things finally got rolling, the tournament was a lot of fun. Lords of Lunar, DDR, Love Upper, Street Fighter Alpha 3 in the four-round bracket.

We really meant to take a picture when there were presents under our little tree, so if anyone else did that, please send it along.

		Raj seems poised for victory in the tournament even though he didn't know what games to expect.


		Yep, Joe's been working out. Must have done a hundred reps with that plastic cup full of "holiday ale".


He STILL hadn't won the tournament, but you'd never know, would you!		This was the first-round game, Lords of Lunar - a Warlords-style game on the PS1 Lunar disc.

		Raj takes home the one of the best prizes we've ever given away. That's a brand new Mega Man 9 Press kit, donated by Mike (the guy in green).
