Description: It's news there's actually an "American Backgammon Player's Association", but as was the case with most of Mattel's sports and strategy series, they felt an endorsement was important. In the Sears release of this title, the ABPA designation is absent as Mattel did not have the right to sub-license their agreement with the ABPA and to this day, nobody messes with the ABPA!

Santulli Slant: Rather typical rendition of the board game, although of all the classic renditions, this one is the best - very colorful, anyway. The computer doesn't seem to put up much of a fight unless you play at the hardest level. [Gr: 3, So: 2, Ga: 6, Ov: 5]
