Description: Activision’s release of Happy Trails, a blatant rip-off of the arcade title, preceded the release of Mattel’s Intellivision rendition of Loco-motion by three months. Mattel and Konami couldn’t agree who should sue Activision so neither ever filed suit. Konami got it’s royalty cash from Mattel and Mattel simply sold a game that had already been released by Activision. Hello? Anybody out there?

Santulli Slant: Based on a sleeper arcade title, you have to pass the train through the stations. Thing is, you don't control the train - only the placement of tracks. Let the little train run off the tracks, and you're finished. Terrific sounds and excellent "panic" factor. This game is much more fun to play than the “rip-off” version of the game, Activision’s “Happy Trails”. [Gr: 7, So: 9, Ga: 8, Ov: 8]
