Description: Maze games were all the rage at the time and Mattel wasn't to be left in the dust. Night Stalker is fairly original in that your character only has a set number of bullets in his gun and has to reload it by running to a random point in the maze when a new gun appears. Many times the gun is placed in the most inconvenient place possible making it tricky to snag it without getting toasted. An interesting feature that had to be removed from the game for space considerations was the spider’s web. The spider that originates from the web in the upper left-hand corner originally traveled the maze leaving a web behind him. When the player passed through this web he would become “entangled” and move much slower for a short period of time.
