Repeatedly enter and exit the same
room 5 times. When you enter the
5th time, a Hall monster will then appear inside the room almost immediately.
If you try to escape, another one will appear right on top of you at the
door. This also happens with the
arcade version – mostly likely done to prevent someone from tying up the
machine.
