Founded in 1981, General Computer Corporation developed an enhancement for the coin-op version of Atari's Missile Command and went on to create Ms. Pac Man, one of the best selling arcade games in history. Between 1982 and 1984, GCC developed a total of 58 home console products for Atari and Bally Manufacturing, including the best of the Atari 2600 first-party "silver box" games like Joust, Kangaroo, Dig Dug, Ms. Pac-Man, Phoenix, Vanguard and many others.
